Costume System instalation

Hello epvp,
I tried to implement a costume system (invoice version) on my server+client but when i enter in game i can't see the item descriptions.. In syserr client i get this

Some guys said that it's from launcher... Can you let me a solution or a tutorial how to implement then from 0?
