Problem with registration.

Hi, I have problem with registration on my private server. When somebody try register new account, website write: """Account cant be created, username is already used."""
But account with the same username dont exist.

Please, do you know what I have to do with it?

this is the false section for your question because you have a Pserver problem.
Right section would be:

Check your the permissions you gaved to the database/homepage (777/644)
