can anyone tell me how to solve this problem !! ..it always appears when iam trying to use GM commands !!

Uhm, maybe you dont have GM Rights? use "IMPLEMENTOR"

first, tell us wich files you are use? I come round to .s[H]orty opinion you must change your user premission to implementator!
