I can't use mobs files in client

I fully describe problem.

After adding mob data in npclist.txt I can't see that mob...

For example:

I added to mysql mob with `vnum`=40000 with common data duplicated from other mob but increased 2 times (based on orc) and set ai_flag to AGGR.

I added to npclist.txt ad the very end of file entry:

40000(tab)orc_black

and empty line after.

And here it's problem... I can't see mob, but damage is taken :/
More funny thing... A few entries above there is that entry:

636(tab)orc_black

And mob 636 is visible, but mine (40000) no, even they use the same folder with data.

Other thing, there are few more mobs already added and the using the same folders like:
2204, 2234, 7022

2204(tab)fire_man
2234(tab)fire_man
7022(tab)fire_man

If this might help this is what I get in syserr.txt from client:
