Client Bin 2013 Error

Hallo bin gerade dabei mein Client auf 2013 Bin anzupassen..

Kriege client geöffnet sobald ich mich einlogge komme ich nicht zum Charakter menü den der Client schmiert dann hierbei ab :

root entpacken -> uitooltip.py -> nach "APPLY_DEF_GRADE" suchen und auskommentieren

ok es ging wenn ladebalken voll ist schließt sich Client und nun kommt das:

Steht ja da (Failed to load script file : UIScript/blockDialog.py). Weil es nicht vorhanden oder fehlerhaft ist, können die weiteren Aktionen natürlich nicht ausgeführt werden.
