[Problem] Login-Sytem

Hello! I have a little problem with the login and would like to help me if possible.

When the image is 1024x768 has no problem, but when put to 800x600 does not look too good.

Login-System 1024x768 :

Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.
