Best Costume system

Hi there, I'm searching the best Costume System. I have seen the costume system from PRO-AREA.COM. but when I download there are not the eix-epk files... Anyway. Is there a costyme system full? For full I want to say that:

EIX-EPK files...
locale files
root files
uiscript files. etc

Query files.

And quests. If they are.

I think the costume system from PRO-AREA.COM
is currently the best.

Yeah but the costume system from pro-area.com doesn't have the epk-eix files

why do you need the epk-eix files?

Because i don't have the costumes in my client, for this i need it
