[HELP]Can't join to my metin2 server with my external IP!!!

I can connect to my metin2 server by local ip but not from external-public ip please help me!!!

ALL MY SERVER'S//CMD//AND ROUTER PORTS STATS!!

IPv4 Address : 192.168.1.100
Netmask : 255.255.255.0

I can join NAVICAT from this (LOCAL) ip :162.168.1.100

I have Gennet Oxygen Router and i have port forwarding all ports needed for the metin2 :

UDP 13061-13061 > 192.168.1.64
TCP 3306-3306 > 192.168.1.64
UDP 3306-3306 > 192.168.1.64
TCP 13000-13004 > 192.168.1.64
UDP 13000-13004 > 192.168.1.64
TCP 80-80 > 192.168.1.64
UDP 80-80 > 192.168.1.64
TCP 13099-13099 > 192.168.1.64
UDP 13099-13099 > 192.168.1.64
TCP 13069-13069 > 192.168.1.64

TCP 11002-11002 > 192.168.1.64
UDP 11002-11002 > 192.168.1.64

I Also checked all ports if they was open and all of them was open!!!

That's everything from my server and my router, when i change the mc.txt with 192.168.1.100 (Local IP) i can join the server but my problem is that i can't connect from my external ip.........i can find my IP Address by "myip.dk" Please help me!!!!!!

Try changing the IP in mc.txt with your public IP address. Just type on google "Ip" and it should come up with your external IP, copy that and replace 192.168.1.100 with your external IP address.
