[PROBLEM]Client 2013

Hello epvp ... I have a little problem with 2013 client ... after i unpack locale .. and i pack again back i get this error :

locale.py(line:146) LoadLocaleFile

Run-exceptions.AttributeError:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'split'
and in syserror i get this error:

Which Client do you use?

i use 2013 client by .tehSource ps( i replaced locale_de with locale_ro but no result ... i'm going crazy with this problem
