Connection error

I have a problem with my server,when i try to connect at the server with client ,first appear "connect in progress" but after "connection error" ,i don't know why .I can connect at navicat/filezilla and with site at server but not with the client .Root.epk/eix are configured correnctly ,pong of the client is the same with game pong .Please help me

look with cmd on which connection+port your Client connects and then search for the error

I solve this problem ,but now i have another one .
When i try to connect on server with wrong name and password "wrong name and password" ,but when i connect with the correct account "connection error" .
