Angry Metin2 Pserver Problem

Hallo, Habe dieses problem :
Wenn ich Portmap Starte, steht dort " Portmap.exe funktioneirt nichtmehr " . Was soll ich tun ? davor gings noch, hab nur pc rebootet.
