All items have no shiny... please help me

Hi elitepvpers.

I have a question about the shine ingame...
I cant find out how to get the normal +7+8+9 shine back...
I want to remove the blue shine... it's so annoying

and get the normal shine back on items..
I have checked the item_proto server side:

specular/socket_pct/addon_type

and item_proto client side:

but still.. there is blue shine on all armors i have.
and there is no shine on weapons aswell -.-


If there is a guide "how to fix this"

please give me a link.
