Lost Connection

Hello Epvp community,
I have a problem with my server
here is the syserr

SYSERR: Oct  9 00:54:10 :: socket_connect: HOST xxx.xx.xx.xxx:14002, could not connect.

this is pretty much the only thing that disconnects my server
can anyone help me please ?

I forgot this is the other message i was receiving
