PROBLEM To connect to my server via other client!

Hello, i have 1 big problem.

I have this in my server:
Port auth: 11002
Channel_1: 13000
Channel_99: 13099
Pong: testtesttesttest

At the client I just change:
AT ROOT:
Port auth: 11002
Channel_1: 13000
Channel_99: 13099
AND THE IP OF MY DEDICADED SERVER
EXE
Pong: testtesttesttest


I can't connect, i need to do more in client?
