[PROBLEM]Metin2 Problem

Hello, I have a private server, everything works fine, but when someone write something on the chat, the server crashes, and disconnects everyone, and no one can enter the server until I restart the server.

I have checked syserr in Channel1 and I have found that there is an error:
"checkpointing: CHECKPOINT shutdown: tics did not updated."

Please Help me
