GM COMMAND HACK!?

last night i found a hacker in my server, he said that he got gm commands hack program he made it himself, and so he started making items for himself in game as if he's a gm... i need to protect my server so nobody such those hackers can do something and get their hacks to work on my server please help me! its a root server. so i closed it until i find a solution. Perhaps anybody can help me!
