i haven't check metin2.bin for the deutch client but
metin2.bin portuguese/italian are the same file
i think a patch can be made
to do it you need cheat engine and change this addresses:

the deutch server as other ip's but can be done as well
the problem i have is that unless i find a way to make ce point to the ip/port addreses the patch fail to work
