After selecting character -> back to login

So i have this client.. when i try to select the character.. it stands with hands up and after a few seconds sends me back to login

If you know how to resolve this problem.. please reply..
And another thing : Is there a way to make accents in metin2 private servers and make it work on daroo serverfiles with daroo's client ? Like : ş ţ ă î â
Because on official's server it works.. so maybe someone knows.. Thanks.

Btw: I have another client that works.. but as i said it doesn't 'support' accents like : ş ţ ă î â

i have the same problem, i opened all ports,
13000 through 13004, 13061, 13099, 3306, 11002 50000 but still my friends can't get passed char screen...
for me it works just fine
did i miss any port?

they create acc, log in to game
create char all well
when char chosen it fall back to login screen
