[HELP]connection SF 2010 please

Hi all epvp..

Please help, I know it is there anywhere, but I can not find it to connect to the server locale.

1.server is behind a router, but the ports are OK
2. home to connect to the server over the launcher
3. PROBLEM! - Another player (from outside) and will enter the selection of characters, the client returns to the login page.. But over the sura connects without problems.

Please anyone know a solution?

i think the problem could be one of your ports, may your world port

I also think it would be any port, but unfortunately I do not know what, I thought that auth will be good when you log on, but what else ..
