[Help] Syserr server files m2 ballance 2011

Anyone can help me with this error please :

Y have sf 2011 (metin2ballance with game r32_v7 by .Infyniti)
Y use also FreeBsd 8,2 x64

Dedicated server configuration :

Server dedicated i7-2600
CPU: Intel i7-2600 - 4x 3.4 GHz
Memory: 16 GB DDR3 Triple Channel
Hard Disk: 4x 500 GB SATA 3, RAID-10
Uplink 10 Mbps / 100 Mbps
Traffic - uncontorized

When y have this error my server disconnected all the players(lag),and the dedicated have loss internet conection (about few seconds)!
