[Help]Character blocking when they teleport

Hi,

I have a huge problem on my ps : almost everytime when a caracter is teleporting it gets blocked. Instead of getting into the map he is teleporting he gets kicked and cannot enter on the blocked charater anymore. I have to mention that the OS is FreeBSD and i don't have any firewall on it so all ports are opened. Can someone please help? First they got blocked when tehy were ridding the horse, but now it is worse. The characters are getting blocked even if they don't use the horse.

please help me resolve this!!!!
