[METIN2]Daroo SF Cave2 Bugged!

Hello , I've a metin2 root server called metin2union ... i got a problem there cant fix it , Chuk sal the guy of cave2 not letting anybody to pass into cave2 ,they already having the v2 tickets permit scrolls but still nobody can enter there either me! help me please by leavin a comment or add me on email
