i have created my owen private server ans my friend want to enter in but he can't what is the way to connect.

plz help me also he need the really wayy to connect in a server.

i did evrything but he steel can't connect to the server

(i created the port 3306 and all the other ports and put my ip + 100 at end but nothing happen)
