PortMap.exe has Stopped.. Help PLEASE AT PORTMAP

when i connect to Game i get this error

it's root server not Hamshi please don't say to me add .100 at ip becouse it's statice ip i don't use hamshi

Why you need PortMap to connect on root server?

Yes i bought root windows server 2008 with 16GB ram for this game so if you can Help me and start our first project for server online 24/7 please add me

For one does not need root server portmap!

yes i know bro but when i check port's at
without port map telling me Failed Connaction Refuse

and when i open PORTMAP.exe WOrk fine and open port's
after
when i try to connect to server from client of my pc here not root server
i got Close program
and never connect to account at client
please i want some help more
