In Navicat can find the NPC's ID are rename or ne ^^

In order to translate the NPC's you have to log in navicat
if you do that you go to -> Player -> then you are looking npc your with ID, for example, 20 031 is Santa Claus -> Name change in Father Christmas -> gb2312name change in Father Christmas -> then confirm on the tick to -> restart server -> then write ingame / m 20031 and you will see Santa Claus has the right name

WARNING this is not possible at the portals!

To translate your server you must edit the server files you downloaded to you if you have edited the re-upload in FileZilla server and restart

wenn du das gemacht hast gehst du auf -> Player -> dann suchst du deinen NPC mit der ID zum beispiel 20031 das ist der weihnachtsmann -> Name ändern in weihnachtsmann -> gb2312name ändern in weihnachtsmann -> dann auf das häckchen zum bestätigen -> server neustarten -> dann schreib ingame /m 20031 und du siehst der Weihnachtsmann hat den richtigen namen

WARNUNG das geht nicht bei den Portalen!

Um dein server zu übersetzen musst du die Serverfiles bearbeiten die du dir runtergeladen wenn du die bearbeitet hast wieder in FileZilla hochladen und server neustarten
