hp kann nicht auf mysql connecten

Wenn ich auf die HP gehen erhalte ich diese fehlermeldung

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 110

seit 2 monaten klappt alles wunderbar und seit ca 2 stunden ist dieses problem da..

Habe nichts am server verändert oder am webhost...

mit navicat kann ich auch auf db zugreifen und der server läuft auch ohne probleme..

Ist der Server auf Hamachi oder Root ?
Und es ist komisch das es immer klappt außer jezt =/

Is ein Root oder?
Vllt ist MySQL veraltet oder so.
PS:Pls schick mal Link wo du Server hostest wenn Root ist suchen nämlich auch einen.

So, if you haven't already, you can try to connect to the MySQL server "stevie.heliohost.org" (if that's the real url you should use) instead of the IP address of the server.

neuen mysql user anlegen rebooten dan vom neuen mysql user daten in hp eintragen und es solte dan wd funtzen

wie kann ich einen mysql user super privilege geben?
So das ich auch mit dem user auch grant geben kann?
EDIT: ofc root server und HP läuft über webhosting server
