Root Files

Hi folks .
I've found some trouble extracting the root files of a good server.
Can someone extract them for me ?I've tryed with 3-4 different extractors but it can't be done.

The site of the server is , and no hack work on it !!!!
Is better on anti-hack than the official ones

I need the ip and tcp from the systeminfo , in the root files.
Can someone help me?
