[PROBLEM]Korea skills

hello , I use Crank v1.3 client .
On body warrior , the skills works .
On mental warrior , the skill don't shows dmg .
On ninja , on both the skills works only on M skill , and don't show dmg .

I have used a lot of skill_proto , and all the same .
The problem is from server or client ?
