maybe your PC is to low for metin2.. or you have to slow internet..

is it a root-server or on localhost?

Ehm ... vielleicht ist dein PC einfach nicht gut genug ! vlt. hast du bei virtual PC zu viel RAM reingehauen
Oder es leigt an dein inet ...
