Du hast den Wahrscheinlich falsch eingestellt,
starte pc nochmal neu und öffne die portmap.exe mit rechtsklick --> öffnen
dann starte alle,
dann log dich im server ein
und starte server.

Entweder VPC war nicht richtig an
oder wie du schon sagst , war die Portmap falsch eingestellt.

ich hatte bisher nie probleme mit PortMap, aber eben hab ich nen PC neustart ausgeführt und nun geht Port 13000 nicht mehr.
Die anderen Ports funktionieren alle.
Firewall ist aus, Router hab ich aus und wieder eingeschaltet, PC erneut neu gestartet, aber das problem besteht weiterhin.
Kann mir jemand helfen?
