i hop i finde the answer her my q is
1-how can i make quest file in arabic languge for xmpale:

my problem when i start server agin the quest is Disappeared or not work
because he donot exapt the arabic
so i want how to change the DB form germany to arabic
lik you maket from chinnes to germany

why you want wo translate to arabic????^^ and.... to your question, i think noone here will know how to translate german to arabic.

to q 2: if you have a 2010DB you should also have 2010SF ;-)
to q 1: If your client does support arabic it should be no problem i think, maybe your windows should have installed an arabic language pack
