My question is why use the /refine command and not use the item on the dt's blacksmith since for to use the /refine command at dt you have to be at blacksmith's floor.... I don't see the use for it....
p.s. And in Gr metin we had a lot of bans without warning, just an email that the acc used for bitten program. Also one friend of mine who had the GM detector on and had it on Quit game, gm send him message for other reason and he was invisible next to him and nothing happened. Same to another friend but with SGM. So are we sure GM detector working properly?

What if you want to refine shoes and the blacksmith is for weapons?

dt's blacksmith only appear in 7th floor and he doesnt need materials to upgrade the items. The reason to use /refine 0 4 command in this place is because you can upgrade any class of items (armor, accessories and weapons) but once per up no matter what kind of blacksmith has appeared.
For example, if you reach 7th floor and appear accessories blacksmith, but you dont have (or you dont want) to upgrade a shoes, then using /refine 0 4 command and placing a weapon in first slot of inventory, you can upgrade any weapon only once.
To upgrade again the same or other item you need to do another up to 7th floor.
Also, you can use /refine 0 0 command in any place you want, this, only if you have all the materials needs to upgrade the item
