I allready tried everything , now i am deleted the game and reloading game as a last resort.
edit: i tried everything but don't work , please help me , reload don't work too  error : lib/os.pyc

I had the same thing. It helped reinstall the system.

well, that happened to me to, and i solved it by making logininfo.xml go back to it's original state.
make sure your file has ONLY this:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
-<logininfo channel_idx="1" name="Etolin">
<id> </id>
<pwd> </pwd>
<slot>0</slot>
<auto_login>0</auto_login>
</logininfo>

Sooooo....I got banned for using the fishing function of this mod and dont wanna risk to get another ban,are there some settings i have to adjust?i am really new to all of this

most likely you got greedy and fished in 2 Windows , it is not valid in real time, you wouldn't with he could , for which he paid !
