M2k Mod - Bug

Hey guys,i found a bug on m2k mod made by 123klo,when i try to create item(by item creator) the item is on my bag put i can't put it on me or move it somewhere,why???was my fault or just a bug? link with photo:

Did you really think you could create a weapon which you can use/sell ?^^
When this would be possible the owner of the Hack wouldnt make it public ,cause he could make thousands of Euros in a short time with it.
