Open your folder that is installed Metin2, and right click on 'syserr.txt' file, go to Properties, at 'Attributes' label, uncheck the 'Read-Only' checkbox. Click Apply > OK
Hope it will fix your issue

it`s working but not with all options,try to uninstal metin and instal again...try this maybe it works

I've been searching for a few days a good hack that makes my char level up the skill bar very fast, because as you may have experienced or will experience, leveling up like 200 skill abrs is veryyyyyy bad and demoralizing.
So I just found the perfect hack, although the guy that did it didnt posted any information about it.
He levels up 1 ckill bar every 3 seconds !!1!
