No, you're not . You are banned only if you use the fishbot. The server bans you if your character fishes without you to press the "Space-button" to pick up the fishing pole.

What do you think, if I used fishbot one day, then next day I used level-bot with another account buffbot, can they figure out all of my cheating accounts and ban them? Just now I lost 4 accounts. I have premium M2Bob, all antiban settings were on...

i never use fishbot
only level bob and farmbot always you are banned and look my post is deleted for 2 time

Leute ich hatte mir gestern diesen hack runtergeladen aber da steht dass es nicht kostenlos ist ich muss jeden tag was runterladen oder so......kann es sein dass ich da falsch liege?wenn ja wo ist das gratis hack?

It does not work at all. It says i got 2 days until i need to download another file. Then I click "OK" to continue the Bot, but then the Bot always closes itself.

So it's just a joke "oh come download me, I'm a free bot". And then it tries to sell your the (may be) working Premium version.
