Sorry for my late late reaction, im very busy last few days
Now you can find lots of guides for P servers at Conquer Online P Server Guides and Manuals.
The first thing you actually should start with is decide what patch you want and then download a source (or made one from a scratch <-- wich is really hard)
If you're good enough to write from scratchess you don't have to read guides
Otherwise find some guides that are made for you're source by other people in the GP server guide section, real good tutorials out there... You'll get a good hand in C# after following some tutorials, and fast you should be possible to do small things, alone.
