THE STRETCH
Stretch your calves during movement. For example, with the calf press, start in full extension and mount the load gently.

Hold the load during the eccentric phase and stretch the calf well .
VARY THE TEMPO
Do quick rehearsals and slow rehearsals in the same session and even in the same series.
MAKE SERIES OF 100
From time to time, simply do a series of 100 repetitions . Put a light load on the press (calf or thigh) and leave for 100 reps. When the burn is too intense, take a few seconds break and leave.
