Look! When I press Logg In to login my account it gives the client crash I saw that from task manager its ''S4.Client''& S4.Client_BE both getting crash and game won't open .! update ...

Nope just crash when ''Log In'' my account Both of processes getting crash (S4.Client_BE/S4.Client) from task manager! Try to re-install S4 League. Should fix your problem.
