I have all updates rdb and game server 7.3 .. client 7.3 us , 7.3 df , arabic 7.3 , but no can see skills , all empty ... it is resourse or script block acess all skills?

are you asking for a login buff system if so thats lua i can do one for you just tell me what buffs you need . there was one posted for gm buffs as well.
buffs is one thing but actually giveing a pass to hv isnt possable as present....
can u help me, my loggin buff sucks, as I can upload?
