I have a feeling the posts I made on the forum will be deleted. I think he may be in league with a mod or something. Here's my posts in case.
Turns out he is a scammer. Didn't get what he promised me.
He'll talk about charge backs, "You can always just charge back", and things like "This is only X amount of money, no point scamming, it's not like the 1000 trades I've done."
And he will try rush you, ask you to pay as a family member on paypal so you can't recover the transaction after. Not a very nice character all in all.
