u can set it to 5000ms.. then enable speed hack and watch to ur conquerwindow. now it need much more time till cyclone got enabled. u dont realy change it! and "Dot.Net 2.0" is a progammerlanguage from microsoft!! its like the virtualbasic runtime! hf
