i cant use skill hack and non aggro, while the others are working fine...

hey i downloaded the client dekaron that you posted about the english server and already having the patch inside but i cant launch the game.it says "Windows needs to know what program created it"
what do i do? i was really looking foward to playing the game. i ditched school for this lol but yeah can you help me?
