dude how are you make "cannot trade" weapon be a tradeable one ?

i hv weapon colo in ro2 sea...my ranger always make it 5 round but it doesnt work with my sorc and now i hv honor magic staff in my ranger char

please teach me how to transfer honor magic staff from my ranger to my sorc
