I got his full name,address, and date of birth and i reported him to his local authorities. He was using a australian proxy which we backtraced thanks to the information i was given by paypal. Charges agaisnt him: credit fraud. If anyone wishes to pursue this matter in small claims court send me a pm with your proof.
