and they started plvl themselves can u help me about that?

Imake Private server but when i log it tell me the server is maintance.........

very nice guide.im sure it will be very helpfull. im playing in a private server of a friend in rl.problem is he disabled most of the commands,(im one of the [GM]s btw) is there anyway i can make them work again? without his permission? i just dont want him to know
