Cause all romans are to pore for windows 7 and for good anti-vir tools. So 99% of all roman computers are infectet with trojaner, botnet´s and other maleware. And the fav. Sport of the roman kiddys is spreading maleware.

i don´t know but as far as i know, you can´t use this function to load python skrips, i think the function is for loading a gui for the script
