Not sure why v0.9.7.4 would have had an issue as it is the same pointer chain to the widget base (Widget Control Block).
As for the off screen problem, I posted a reply to another user, I had included a Config file in the v0.9.7.5 ZIP which it had saved my screen position and use two monitors so it was on the right of the second monitor. You can move Otto back by using features of Windows such as right clicking Otto's application button in the system bar and choosing the Move menu option, then left click and drag Otto back to your display.
I added some code logic to Otto to auto fix this if it ever happens again.
