I am going to perform a subscribtion recovery by coding a little tool that will go through all paypal payments since 1st January 2011, so since 1 year ago. It will re add all those users and set the correct Subscription days left, however all user passwords are wiped so everyone will have to recover a new password through their paypal email, but more info on that later. On top of that we are now dumping Phpbb3 forums and switching to VBulletin, and everyone will receive 3 extra days + compensation for lost days.
The server will also undergo a full hardware check as this is probably the best time to do so.
