What programs do you use to edit the swf?

hey i just read your not going to be doing any more hacks for bp. 2 questions 1 could you teach me to do this so people will get a free hack and 2 could you help me with 89 v i cant make heads or tails of it. plus the links you posted didnt work on bp or extract
